Flex Warehouse Associate (As Needed)
This is not a full-time or regular part-time role. There are no guaranteed weekly hours. Workers can accept or decline shifts based on their availability.

Job Description
Lagoon is looking for dependable people to join our warehouse helper bench. This role is best for someone who wants occasional extra work and is comfortable being contacted when shifts become available.
The work is simple and easy to learn. We will provide basic training and written instructions so new helpers can complete common warehouse tasks.
Main tasks:
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Label boxes and prepare shipments
- Follow simple written warehouse instructions
- Help keep the warehouse area organized
- Pay attention to order accuracy and details
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to follow simple instructions
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable and communicative
- Comfortable with occasional/as-needed work
- Able to use basic warehouse equipment after training
- Able to work on-site at the warehouse
Reliability expectations: Once someone accepts a shift, we expect them to show up on time and communicate clearly if anything changes. Since this is an as-needed role, clear communication matters. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or poor communication would remove someone from the bench.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
