We’re looking for a highly dependable, experienced, hands-on supervisor to join our management team and help us maintain the highest standards in the market.
You’ll be joining a small, high-performing management team alongside the owner of Nomad Getaways and another exceptional Property Care Manager. We work hard, hold high standards, and take our work seriously but we also believe work should be positive, rewarding, and as low-stress as possible. We support one another, communicate openly, and work together to solve problems.
This is a working supervisor position. You’ll lead by example, work alongside and coaching our cleaners, inspecting homes and making sure every property is guest-ready.
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally reliable, hardworking and organized.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As Property Care Supervisor, you will help oversee the day-to-day property care operations for our vacation rental homes in Seaside.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting cleaners
- Inspecting completed homes in great detail to ensure they meet our standards before guests arrive.
- Coaching and reinforcing proper cleaning, staging, and stocking procedures.
- Training new team members
- Identifying and when possible fixing maintenance issues,
- Helping manage linens and laundry operations.
- Helping ensure every home is ready for guests on time and to a five-star standard.

Vacation rental, hotel, housekeeping, or hospitality leadership experience is essential.
Experience is required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and legally work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during daytime turnover hours, typically 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility when property needs require it.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $35.00 per hour + bonus
- Part-time schedule with full-time potential in 2027
