Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at the UPS Store, Royal Oak, MI. In this role, you will be the face of our store, helping customers with their shipping needs, managing retail sales, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience. If you enjoy working with people and have a knack for multitasking, this position is perfect for you!
- Hours: (up to 35 hours per week, available to work Saturdays (10am to 5pm) and Sundays (10am to 3pm) when needed)

Responsibilities:
- The person should provide excellent customer service and take ownership of customers’ packing, shipping, and/or print requests and offer viable solutions.
- Shall have great communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, personable, dedicated, on-time, and have a willingness to learn.
- Must have computer Skills to use MS-Word, Mail, Adobe Products and Printing Machine.
- Continuously practicing good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.
- Must have the ability to lift 40 pounds, and reliable transportation
- Prior UPS store associate experience is not needed
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and ability to process transactions accurately

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
