Job Description
Wing Snob is looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play an important role in providing great customer service, preparing high-quality food, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized.
Team Members will be trained to work in multiple areas of the restaurant, including taking customer orders, preparing and cooking food, boxing and bagging orders, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately at the register and over the phone.
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
- Prepare and cook wings, fries, chicken sandwiches, and other menu items according to Wing Snob standards.
- Follow proper cooking times, recipes, portion sizes, and food-quality standards.
- Sauce, box, and package food accurately.
- Bag orders and double-check that all items, sauces, sides, and drinks are included.
- Prepare dine-in, takeout, delivery, and online orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and front counter.
- Wash dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and other restaurant supplies.
- Clean counters, tables, floors, restrooms, and other areas of the restaurant as needed.
- Restock food, sauces, packaging, and other supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality and order accuracy.
- Communicate and work well with managers and other Team Members.
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.

- Willingness to learn and work in multiple positions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties, including bending, reaching, lifting, and cleaning.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
