Lead Maintenance Account Foreman
DMS Landscaping is seeking a proactive and compassionate Maintenance Account Foreman to join our team. As a Maintenance Account Foreman, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' lives through the creation and maintenance of beautiful and functional landscapes.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Lead a team of gardeners, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, including but not limited to pruning, fertilizing, watering, and weeding.

Create and implement customized landscape maintenance plans for each client, considering their specific needs and preferences.

Monitor plant health and identify and address pest or disease issues.

Manage and maintain all landscaping equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order.

Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues and provide expert advice on landscape maintenance best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in landscaping techniques.
FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
Requirements:

Prior experience in landscaping and garden maintenance, preferably in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and general horticulture practices

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
