Animal Medical Clinic is a small but busy, community-oriented hospital in Central Fresno. We are a single doctor, small animal exclusive practice. We are seeking a hard working individual to add to our team as a full-time veterinary assistant. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the veterinary field, preferably with experience handling patient and client interactions in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and professional, with strong interpersonal and client communication skills, who can provide excellent service to our loyal clientele. Our hospital is open Monday through Thursday 8 am – 5 pm and Friday 8 am - 4 pm. We are looking for someone to work 8-5 four days a week and 8-1 one day per week, with an approximate total of 36 to 37 hours/week. No overnight or weekend hours. We provide benefits to our staff, including medical, 401K and paid vacation. Starting pay is based on experience.
