Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards in a fast paced kitchen while paying VERY detailed attention to modifiers, sides and special requests.
- Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a ROCK STAR grill cook or in a similar role is required / Experience with TOAST pos a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
