Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate II
Rock Island Auction Company (RIAC), the #1 firearms auction house in the world, is searching for professional and reliable Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate II. This position serves as a team leader, ensuring ATF compliance and delivering world-class customer support to firearm enthusiasts and collectors around the globe.
This is an onsite, non-exempt, full-time role with dedicated hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST at our Rock Island, IL facility, with overtime and weekend hours, as needed.

Essential Job Functions
-
Prepare and pack auction items for shipment.
-
Build custom materials for specific auction items.

Ensure compliance with ATF, including Form 4473.

Review the team’s outgoing packages and associated paperwork/labels.

Mentor and train new employees.

Assist with transport of auction items.
Qualifications

Basic proficiency with computers (including Microsoft Office) and office equipment.

Ability to learn, apply, and train others on ATF regulatory compliance and internal safety protocols.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including careful handling of auction items

Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.

Ability to operate hand tools.

Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) required.

Ability to obtain a FOID Card (Illinois Residents Only) required.

Routinely moving and transporting up to 50 pounds. Traversing and moving for prolonged periods up to 100% of the time with frequent ascending, descending, or positioning self to maintain moving and transporting packages.
Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum two years’ warehouse fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or similar experience required
-
Previous firearm and/or 4473 experience highly preferred.

Previous lead or training experience highly preferred.
