Duties
- Conduct thorough patient observations, assessments, and physical examinations to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying health conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Manage acute pain and facilitate patient rehabilitation through targeted therapies and pain management strategies.
- Perform physical assessments including biomechanics analysis, musculoskeletal diagnostics, and medical imaging review when necessary.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR/EMR), documenting patient histories, treatment progress, and care plans with attention to medical terminology and healthcare diagnosis standards.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long-term health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience in primary care settings with expertise in musculoskeletal system diagnosis and treatment.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice.
- Hands-on experience with physical assessments, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal diagnostics.
- Demonstrated ability in pain medicine, trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and patient rehabilitation techniques.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex health concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Prior experience in occupational health or sports injury management is a plus but not required.
