We are currently looking to fill the following position:
Production / Lamination $20/hr+ Tips & bonus eligibility
Schedule: 8am-3pm / 5 days a week
Duties include:
Preparing mise en place items and garnishes
Piping, shaping, & rolling
Scale / mix basic recipes and pastry components
Laminating and shaping croissant dough, rolling bagels
Assisting with customers, counter service
Building Sandwiches to order
Using kitchen equipment knowledgeably and meeting safety standards, including meat slicer
Communicating clearly with baker and production staff
Consistent punctuality & attendance
Maintaining quality standards & quality control
Follow all company policies
Qualifications:
Current OR Food Handler s Card
2 years professional kitchen experience required
Professional and strong attention to detail
High standards for quality and cleanliness
Ability to be flexible to the priorities of the kitchen
Basic math skills
Understand written & verbal communication
Ability to work standing for long periods of time
Ability to be led and learn quickly
Compensation is competitive and determined based on experience, performance and position held.
Health care benefits are available for full-time employees after 3 mos. PTO accrues after 1 year of employment.
