Waldo's Chicken & Beer is a go‑to spot for fried chicken, cold beer, and a team that actually enjoys working together. We’re hiring Front of House (Cashiers + Bartenders) and Back of House (Cooks + Prep) for our Jones Valley, Huntsville location.

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality (FOH)
- Run the service line or full bar program with confidence (Cashiers/Bartenders)
- Cook, prep, and execute our menu to spec every time (BOH)
- Handle POS and cash transactions accurately
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Maintain Health Department standards from open to close
- Support your team through opening and closing duties
Required
- Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay sharp and move fast in a high-volume environment
- Team-first mentality — non-negotiable
- Bartending experience required for bar roles
- Food handler / Health Department knowledge (or ability to obtain quickly)
Preferred
- 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience
- High-volume fast casual or full-service bar experience
- POS system familiarity
