We are a family owned company that provides an upbeat positive work environment for enthusiastic self motivated employees. We currently need a cleaner for a building located just off of route 19 in Wexford.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Clean assigned areas of an office building (main hallways, restrooms, and doctor offices), including dusting, cleaning sinks, glass/mirrors, counters/surfaces, restrooms, dust mopping, wet mopping, vacuuming, and garbage removal.
- Restock supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap) as needed.
- Follow company cleaning standards and procedures; learn and apply “our way of cleaning.”
- Arm/disarm security systems in designated areas; maintain strict attention to building security.
- Communicate professionally; accept and implement feedback from supervisors.
- Work scheduled hours Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM (some scheduling flexibility may be available).
Cleaner Requirements:
- 18+ years old; able to pass a background check.
- Responsible, reliable, and self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal public interaction.
- Own, reliable transportation (location not on a bus line).
- Availability for steady part‑time evening work (ideal for stay‑at‑home parents, college students, or anyone seeking consistent hours).
- Willingness to adhere to safety and security protocols.
- Pay: $15/hour (3 hrs per night); paid holidays off after 45 days; PTO after 1 year; guaranteed off 6 holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day); other holidays per client schedule.
