Kai USA, the manufacturer of Kershaw Knives and Zero Tolerance Knives in Tualatin, Oregon, has an immediate need for a Warranty Repair Technician.
Job Description: Warranty Repair Technician.
Day shift: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Pay: $20.00 -$22 depending on experience.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties Summary:
- Perform warranty repair and sharpening on pocket knives and kitchen knives
- Work in a team environment
- An excellent communicator, with a strong background in dealing directly with customers and identifying needs
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
- Preferred sharpening experience or grinding/ sanding experience.
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
