We are looking for an established professional to join our firm as an appointed Fractional Managing Director. Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance: Step in as an appointed Corporate Officer of the firm, offering high-level executive oversight and strategic direction.
Portfolio Capitalization: Act as a Key Principal and Sponsor for project-specific capitalization tranches ($80,000 to $300,000).
Financial Underwriting Support: Leverage your strong personal financial profile to secure optimal local leverage, competitive lending terms, and premium commercial insurance rates for the firm's assets. This includes utilizing your excellent credit history (Tier 1 score of 720+ required by lenders and insurance underwriters) to negotiate favorable insurance premiums.
Asset Management Oversight: Execute light executive duties, including signing off on project milestone reports, coordinating with company's Operational Manager, reviewing final budget completions, and authorizing project closeouts.
Executive Board Representation: Attend quarterly virtual board meetings (under 1 hour) to assess overall portfolio health and risk management.
Confidentiality: The execution, understanding, and implementation Non-Disclosure Agreement, Non-Compete Agreements involving company projects, processes, and performance.
Required Qualifications:
Professional Background: 5+ years in a corporate, managerial, engineering, project management, or financial leadership role.
Credit Profile: Exceptional credit history (Tier 1 score of 720+ required by lenders and insurance underwriters).
Financial Health: A stable personal balance sheet (minimum verifiable net worth of $250,000+, which can include retirement accounts, home equity, or liquid investments).
Operational Comfort: Basic understanding of corporate structures, project timelines, budgets, or asset management principles.
Asset-Backed Comfort: An understanding of asset-backed financing. (Note: All financing is strictly secured by first-lien positions on local real estate).
