Commercial Janitorial Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)

No More Dust Maid Services is expanding our commercial janitorial team! We are currently seeking two (2) part time, dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to support a commercial office facility that is 8,850 sq ft in Easton, MD.
This position is ideal for someone who already has a primary job and is looking for a reliable second source of income with flexible part-time hours.
Position Details
- Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time
- Hours: 18 hours per week (NO ADDITIONAL HOURS AVAILABLE)
- Schedule Includes:
- 7am-10am Monday–Saturday
- Main Facility Coverage: Easton, MD
Job Responsibilities
Daily janitorial duties may include:
- Collecting and disposing of trash while maintaining clean dumpster areas
- Vacuuming offices, hallways, cubicles, and common areas
- Dust mopping and damp mopping floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, sinks, toilets, and fixtures
- Restocking restroom supplies
- Cleaning glass entryways and partitions
- Wiping down desks, counters, breakrooms, and shared spaces
- Spot cleaning walls and high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning entryway mats and lobby areas
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and presentation of office spaces
Periodic floor and facility maintenance may include:
- Strip and wax floor services
- Spray buffing
- Carpet shampooing
- Window cleaning
- High dusting and vent cleaning

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE A CAR to get to work — please do not apply if you do not have reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid Social Security number
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks
