Join a Growing Custom Closet & Millwork Manufacturer
LD Finish Corp. is seeking an experienced Mozaik Designer / CNC Programmer to join our team. We manufacture high-end custom closets, cabinetry, and architectural millwork for residential and commercial clients throughout South Florida.

Position Summary
The Mozaik Designer/CNC Programmer is responsible for creating accurate shop drawings, generating CNC programs, optimizing material layouts, and preparing complete production packages for the shop. The ideal candidate has strong cabinet construction knowledge, attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Create production-ready shop drawings using Mozaik Software.
- Program CNC machines and generate optimized cutting files.
- Produce cut lists, labels, and hardware schedules.
- Review architectural drawings and field measurements.
- Coordinate with project managers, installers, and production staff.
- Verify dimensions, material selections, and hardware before production.
- Optimize sheet layouts to minimize waste.
- Modify drawings as needed throughout production.
- Maintain organized project files and revisions.
- Assist with design improvements and manufacturing efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Mozaik Software in a production environment.
- Experience with custom cabinetry, closets, or architectural millwork.
- Knowledge of cabinet construction methods.
- Experience creating CNC-ready files.
- Ability to read architectural plans and shop drawings.
- Strong mathematical and spatial reasoning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC routers.
- Experience with nested-based manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Blum, Salice, Hafele, Richelieu, or similar hardware.
- Experience with custom closet systems.
- Knowledge of woodworking materials including melamine, plywood, MDF, and laminate.
- Experience working in a cabinet manufacturing facility.
