We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our Happy Lemon team! Our staff is responsible for creating high-quality drinks and food while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks and bubble waffles following Happy Lemon recipes and standards
- Cook and prepare boba, teas, toppings, and other ingredients correctly
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately take orders and handle transactions
- Double check drink modifications and online orders before handing them out
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house
- Restock supplies and assist with prep throughout shifts
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and store procedures at all times
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining quality and consistency
- Communicate with team members and shift leads to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Food service or boba experience is a plus, but training is provided
