Decadent Flavor is a high-energy dessert food truck serving mini donuts, fried treats, and gourmet desserts at festivals, private events, and pop-ups across Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area.
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated team members who can thrive in a fast-paced environment—and who are interested in growing into leadership roles within our company.
What You’ll Do:

Operate all food truck stations including:
-
Donut machine
-
Deep fryer
-
Prep station
-
POS (cashier)
-
Provide excellent customer service.

Work efficiently during high-volume events.

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Support team members to keep operations running smoothly.

We promote from within, and team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and leadership may be considered for promotion to Shift Lead/Supervisor based on performance—not tenure.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have reliable transportation (travel required to event locations).

Must be able to stand for long periods and work in outdoor environments.

Availability on weekends is required (festival season).

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
Preferred (Not Required):

Previous food service or event experience.

Experience working in fast-paced environments.

Interest in leadership or management.
Pay:
Starting at $15/hour, with opportunities for increased pay based on performance and advancement.
Schedule:

Part-time / Seasonal

Weekends + select weekdays based on event schedule
