PHYSICIAN RECRUITER
Growth and expansion have created an outstanding opportunity for a Physician Recruiter to join one of the leading and fastest growing medical management companies in California. The Physician Recruiter will coordinate the development of strategic retention policies and comprehensive physician recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and the goals of the company. We seek a dynamic individual with a proven track record and the ability to sell the professional and social benefits of the company and the community as well.
This is a full-time position with potential for individual growth within the organization, and a competitive base salary plus commission, 401(k) plan and health benefits. This is in an office position. Travel will be required for conferences and dinners around the US.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough interview of candidates by phone and in person
2. Schedule candidates for interviews
3. Conduct reference checks and coordinate credentialing process
4. Maintain applicant tracking data
5. Collaborates daily with team to understand staffing needs.
6. Communicate with Site Directors keeping them informed of the status of open positions and recruitment activities
7. Build relationships with medical and professional associations by attending related conferences and job fairs
8. Coordinate new applicant site visits between the applicant and directors
Qualifications:
1. bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business preferred and 1-2 years of recruiting experience
2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Healthcare industry experience with emphasis on provider relations
5. Proficient in writing, word and excel.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
