CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION - Receptionist Administration Interpreter
DEFINITION
Position is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and translation support to the Superintendent’s Office, and greeting and providing information to students, parents and visitors. (School Year Hours: 8am-4pm) (Summer and vacation hours:7am-3pm)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Superintendent’s office, including answering phones, copying and processing mail;

Provides translation services for students, parents, visitors, as well as other translation needs of the District. Must be able to speak, write, and translate Spanish or Portuguese. Multi languages preferred.

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception space

Notify departments when they have a visitor

Answer phones and direct calls

Greet students, parents and visitors and direct to appropriate staff

Maintain copy machines and supplies

Accepts deliveries

Perform special projects as needed;

Provides clerical assistance to other departments

Performs other related duties as required.
