Essential Job Functions
Performs bartending duties at events
Leads in the execution of all events including; the ability to organize, execute and breakdown events
Works closely with other members of the department to maintain event fluidity
Loads and unloads catering vehicles for campus events
Maintains all sanitation and appropriate food safety standards established by the university
Maintains the proper storage and rotation of ready-made food products complying with appropriate food safety standards
Understands seating floorplans and banquet event order's (BEO) per specific request
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience working in culinary, food service, hospitality or other related experience
Obtain and maintain food safety managers certification approved by conference for food protection
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Obtain and maintain an alcohol certification (TIPS or STOP)
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends

Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a daily commuting distance of the Providence Campus location upon hire.
