Strong Roofing, a local & family-owned roofing company in the Charlotte Metro, is actively seeking a highly motivated & professional individual to join our team as a Service Rep to guide our customers through the roof replacement process. The ideal candidate we are seeking is a dedicated individual who will assist homeowners with insurance claims, estimates, & storm damage inspections. Our company is committed to providing comprehensive training, making this an excellent opportunity for those without prior experience in the industry. Through our top-tier storm restoration training program, we will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills within our thorough 4 week training program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and meticulously document storm damage to residential properties.
- Educate homeowners on the claims process and facilitate the signing of contract agreements based upon approved work from the insurance company.
- Accurately find new customers and work neighborhoods that have been impacted by storms.
- Door-knock neighborhoods around our build sites & storm areas to bring in new customers.
- Proactively engage in marketing initiatives to generate leads and secure new prospects.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers and answering any questions they may have through the process.
- Physical ability to climb ladders for roof inspections.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Demonstrate determination, self-discipline, and strong time management abilities.
- Sales experience is a desirable asset, although not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone to capture pictures and make updates on our customer management software.
