Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, ensuring correct transactions and balanced registers.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
- Assist in serving food during events like banquets or catering functions while ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or late-night settings.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar stations without compromising quality or service speed.
- Keep track of inventory levels for beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
