We are looking for caring , reliable, and energetic team members who love to nurture children as well as teacher them. You will be responsible for supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting their emotional , physical, and social development.
Key Responsibilities :
*Supervise and interact with children in a positive, respectful, and loving manner
* Planning and leading educational and recreational activities
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and play area
*Help with basic care needs such as meals, naps, and bathroom routines
* Monitor childrens behavior and development , reporting concerns to the director
*Communicate professionally with parents, coworkers, and supervisors
* Follow all health, safety , and center policies and procedures
* Support the overall goals and values of the center
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent ( CDA or Early Childhood Education is a plus)
* Previous experience in child care or working with young children a plus
* Ability to pass a background check and required health screenings
* CPR and First Aid certification current or must be willing to obtain
* Patience , flexibility , and a genuine love for working with children
Working conditions :
* Must be abler to lift up to 40 pounds
* Active role with standing , sitting on the floor, bending, and moving throughout the day
* Indoor and Outdoor supervision required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
