- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social networks
- Send out Estimates
- Follow up on estimates
- Receive and enter orders
- Create kits for processing orders
- Send out payment instructions
- Receive payments
- Help pack and ship orders
- Follow up with tracking numbers
- Update and maintain customer records in Zoho CRM
- Create and share weekly, monthly, quarterly sales data with management
- Identify sources for new leads and generate leads for new customers
- Assist with representing company at Trade Shows
Ideal candidate will be literate and skilled at:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Zoho CRM (will train)
- SEO (can learn)
- Some HTML/CSS/Javascript familiarity
