Pay: $18.36 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks to meet daily production goals.

Load raw materials and unload finished products from machinery.

Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or malfunctions.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
