We are seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to work at our properties in Bangor and Kalamazoo Michigan. This position will split their time between the two properties. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and solid technical knowledge
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, landscaping, and turnover of units when tenants vacate
– Plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance repair, and HVAC
– Snow removal from walkways, some light cleaning and picking up grounds
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools.
