The Position:
This position is for a Concierge / Office Team Member based in the North West Indiana market. We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-first person to be the face of our company — guiding customers through their entire journey, from first lead to final walkthrough after install. The Concierge owns the customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion: responding promptly and warmly to leads by phone, email, and CRM, scheduling estimates, coordinating with our sales and install teams, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. The Concierge will report directly to ownership.
Requirements:
This position requires ownership of the customer experience from first contact through project completion. Therefore, one must be highly organized and accurate while managing many moving parts at once.
One must also:
● Bring an energetic, people-first attitude — you genuinely enjoy talking to customers.
● Be highly detail-oriented and organized.
● Have experience using a CRM (required).
● Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
● Be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
● Track customer interactions and project status accurately in our CRM.
● Proactively follow up to ensure a smooth, 5-star experience.
● Handle customers who may have issues, with strong conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in the insulation or home services industry is a BONUS, but not required.
This is a full-time position offering Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO after one year.
