We are a growing private psychiatric practice in Littleton, Colorado seeking a compassionate and thoughtful Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is interested in an integrative, functional, and holistic approach to mental health care.
We welcome both new graduates and experienced PMHNPs and are open to either part-time or full-time employment for the right provider.

Depending on the individual patient, treatment may incorporate:
- Psychiatric medication management
- Lifestyle and behavioral interventions
- Sleep optimization
- Nutrition and metabolic health
- Exercise and movement
- Stress management
- Appropriate laboratory evaluation
- Nutraceuticals and supplements when clinically appropriate
- Collaboration with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals

New Graduates Welcome
New graduate PMHNPs are encouraged to apply.
For a newer provider, this position offers the opportunity to receive mentorship, clinical consultation, and support while developing both psychiatric and integrative clinical skills.
Experienced PMHNPs who are looking for greater autonomy, a more personalized approach to patient care, and the opportunity to practice outside of a high-volume corporate environment are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose psychiatric conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management
- Incorporate appropriate lifestyle, nutritional, behavioral, and integrative recommendations into treatment
- Order and interpret laboratory testing when clinically indicated and within scope of practice
- Educate patients about treatment options and engage in shared decision-making
- Monitor medication effectiveness, tolerability, and safety
- Collaborate with therapists, PCPs, specialists, and other members of the patient's treatment team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide ethical, evidence-informed, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
- PMHNP board certification or eligibility for certification
- Eligible for appropriate Colorado licensure and prescriptive authority
- Strong interest in outpatient psychiatric care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Preferred but not required:
- Previous psychiatric nursing or PMHNP experience
- Outpatient psychiatry experience
- Training or interest in integrative psychiatry, functional medicine, nutritional psychiatry, or lifestyle medicine
- Familiarity with supplements and nutraceuticals
- Psychotherapy or counseling experience
