Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Schedule: 12-Hr shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6am)

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct resident care according to established clinical care plans and facility safety rules.
- Document resident inputs, outputs, and vital signs accurately within standard reporting intervals.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility transfers, grooming, and nutritional intake.
- Maintain clean, organized resident environments to ensure proper infection control protocols are met.
- Communicate standard clinical changes immediately to the supervising nurse on duty.

Madison Medical Resort operates a modern, 124-bed skilled nursing facility designed around a transitional rehab resort layout. Our infrastructure includes wide corridors, centralized supply stations, and digital logging portals to reduce unnecessary foot travel during a shift. The building layout isolates heavy traffic areas from quiet recovery wings to keep floor movement highly organized.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must possess an active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Drug Test: Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
