Territory Manager / Advertising Sales Position
The Huntington Billboard Co. is the fastest growing media company with billboard assets in 27 states. We are an independently owned company that is building 1,500+ new billboard faces each year. And because of this rapid expansion we are continually adding new team members to the organization.
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate new business development and drive rapid revenue growth within Central and Southern Arkansas. This is a high-impact role with strong income potential for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on winning new business.
The position requires 75%+ travel within the territory, with a focus on proactive prospecting, building meaningful client relationships, and closing deals. The Territory Manager will own and manage designated inventory across key markets—developing strategy, driving sales, and supporting clients to maximize revenue performance and long-term growth.
Job Requirements do include:
- Advertising sales/territory manager/ business development background is ideal, 3-5+ years of sales experience preferred. OOH and/or media background would be ideal if possible but not required.
- Traveling to various locations and in-person client meetings within the territory 2-4 days a week.
- Cold calling, diligent prospecting & presentation skills are mandatory.
- Those applying need to be highly self-motivated, independent, and organized.
- Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills. Experience with inventory software a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ideal Position is within the Little Rock DMA, but southern towns/communities strong considered. Candidate in Northern Arkansas our outside Arkansas will not be considered.

- Paid Cell Phone Expenses
- Paid Business Expenses
- Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Central and Southern Arkansas through effective communication and customer service.

- Leverage technology and tools, including Salesforce, for efficient territory management and sales tracking.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
