We are in need of a live in manager for a small apartment building. We provide free rent and all utilities paid for for the manager that lives on site plus a monthly salary.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: apartment maintenance and lawn care. Painting, drywall, floor installation, windows and glass repairs, light plumbing and light electrical .
Strong maintenance background preferred.
MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION MUST LIVE ON SITE.
