It is our mission to seek out and develop team members with exceptional ability. We are currently seeking a Truck Driver. This is a part-time position, working 8 hour days on Wednesdays and Fridays, who performs a range of activities to support production requirements by loading products to be shipped. Shift times may vary so a flexible schedule is necessary.
What will you do?
- Unload and load assigned FRI trucks with required product making sure the weight, count and shippers are accurate.
- Make deliveries and pick ups at local vendors, nearby vendors and/or between plants
- Move stock and containers as required using forklift trucks.
- Utilize ERP system to scan product, ensuring accurate inventory.
Required Skills, Education and Experience
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Forklift operator licensure/certification required (we will provide the training/certification on the job).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Able to perform basic math necessary to operate scale and perform counts.
- Ability to speak and read English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
- Must pass driver’s road test.
- Must provide a list of violations of motor vehicle traffic laws and ordinances yearly
- CDL not required, but must be able to pass DOT medical examination.
