The Tow Truck Company is currently seeking a Community Parking Monitor in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas. We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to ensure parking compliance and provide exceptional customer service.
** This position is primarily outdoors**
**Responsibilities:**
-Reliable transportation is a MUST! (Job related fuel expenses paid for by company)
-Walking and standing for most of your shift is a requirement.
- Enforce parking regulations to maintain order and safety in designated areas.
- Patrol assigned areas to identify violations and issue parking violations accordingly.
- Interact with vehicle owners to educate on parking rules and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of violations, tag issued, and vehicles towed.
**Experience:**
- **Required Skills:** Conflict management, report writing, customer service.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment of parking monitoring.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
