Restaurant Leader Responsibilities Include:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities

Offering encouragement to the team for 2nd Mile Service goals

Providing immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs

Assisting in supporting the training of new hires and setting the tone for shifts

Being a friendly and encouraging team player

Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and being a key holder

Counting drawers and finalizing the day

Excellent written and spoken communication skills
