Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Service Lane Greeter to be the welcoming face of our dealership’s service department and help keep operations running smoothly.

Greet customers promptly and warmly as they arrive in the service lane

Guide customers through the check-in process and direct them to the appropriate service advisor

Assist service advisors with moving and staging vehicles

Prepare vehicles for service and customer delivery

Keep the service lot clean, organized, and customer-ready

Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized service drive area

Support the service team with additional duties as assigned

Provide exceptional customer service and answer basic inquiries

Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow

Pay:
