Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Farm Vineyard Worker to join our agricultural team. In this role, you'll be actively involved in maintaining and supporting vineyard operations, ensuring healthy grape growth and overall farm productivity. The ideal candidate is eager to work outdoors, handle various farm tasks, and contribute to the success of our vineyard. This position offers an engaging opportunity to gain hands-on experience in farming, horticulture. NYS Valid Driver's License Required. Tractor experience for grape harvest helpful. No set hours as long as the required tasks are accomplished.
Duties
- Assist with planting, pruning, and harvesting grapes to promote healthy vine development.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical skills.
- Use heavy lifting and heavy equipment operation skills to move supplies, materials, or harvested produce around the farm.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all safety protocols are followed during daily operations.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
