Intero Chiropractic is a fast-growing, multi-location East Bay practice known for one thing: getting results other clinics can't. We find and correct the structural root cause of pain and dysfunction, and we're expanding into integrative and regenerative care. We're adding a licensed Physical Therapist - as a part-time W-2 employee with benefits - to help us build that.
This role is genuinely hybrid: you'll deliver hands-on care in our Concord clinic and run telehealth follow-ups, remote exercise programming, and progress check-ins from home. You own your plans of care and collaborate with our chiropractors and providers on shared patients - a true clinical partnership, not a hand-off.
What you'll do:
Evaluate patients and build individualized, outcomes-driven plans of care. Deliver hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise in-clinic. Run telehealth follow-ups and remote programming on your hybrid days. Partner with chiropractors and providers to drive better shared-patient outcomes. Help shape our PT protocols as we expand integrative and regenerative services. Educate patients on their plan, progress, and long-term function. Document accurately and keep care on-protocol.
What we're looking for:
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in California, in good standing. Strong hands-on clinical skills and genuine ownership of patient outcomes. Collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented clinic. Open to learning integrative and regenerative approaches alongside our providers. Reliable and self-directed, able to run a hybrid caseload well.
