Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join our Tire manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and efficiency, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities
- Assemble tires and wheels
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate assembly
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly processes
- Operate fabrication equipment including welding, soldering tools, and machining devices when necessary
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members in warehouse or manufacturing settings, utilizing forklift or other equipment as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with using hand/power tools
- Experience with warehouse operations or forklift operation is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to operate precision measuring instruments accurately
- Ability to follow detailed instructions meticulously while maintaining safety standards
