Duties

- Manage filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Support office management by handling correspondence, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Must be able to work independently
- This person needs to be a multitasker who is detail oriented, patient-center driven
- Experience working in a fast-paced and patient-centric environment
- Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression of our team
- Manage front office duties, including answering phones
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with clients
- Comfortable performing traditional office tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
