We are looking for a motivated Laborer to support daily fabrication and welding operations. This is an entry-level hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn the trade.
Responsibilities
· Assist welders and fabricators with daily tasks
· Prep materials: grinding, cutting, cleaning, beveling
· Move and organize steel and shop materials
· Use hand and power tools (grinders, drills, saws, impacts, etc.)
· Help with layout and measuring
· Load/unload trucks and assist with deliveries
· Keep shop clean and organized
· Prep and paint material
· Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE
Qualifications
· Basic knowledge of tools and measuring (tape measure, grinder, etc.)
· Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and handle physical work
· Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
· Willingness to learn welding and fabrication skills
· Safety-conscious and able to follow directions
· Ability to work in a shop environment (heat, sparks, noise, steel handling)
Preferred Skills
· Experience in a welding, fabrication, or construction environment
· Forklift experience
· Torch or plasma cutting experience
· Valid driver's license (for shop errands or pickup runs)
· Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
