Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our
fast-paced sales team. The BDR will be responsible for making 100–150 outbound calls per
day to prospective leads in Salesforce, qualifying interest, and advancing them through the
sales pipeline. Once a lead is identified as a viable opportunity, it is converted to a contact
and handed off to an Account Manager for follow-up and case closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound call volume (100–150 calls/day) using Salesforce call lists.
- Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers, understanding case needs, and
assessing fit for LITILI’s services.
- Clearly articulate LITILI’s value proposition and services to prospects across
various practice areas.
- Track all outreach and progress in Salesforce with clean and consistent logging.
- Convert interested and qualified leads to contacts and route them to the
appropriate Account Manager.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales leadership to improve call strategies,
scripts, and hand-off process.
- Meet or exceed weekly conversion goals and call metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills—confident, persuasive, and empathetic on the phone.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and experience using Salesforce or similar
CRM.
- Motivated by results, competition, and commissions.
- Resilient, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the legal, healthcare, or expert witness services industry a plus.
Compensation & Incentives
- Hourly pay (rate based on experience).
- $50 per qualified conversion
- Opportunity for growth into Account Management or other client-facing roles
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Orange County, CA
