The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained. This position manages housekeeping staff, coordinates with other departments, and upholds brand and safety standards to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to hotel standards.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies (linen, cleaning products, guest amenities) while managing expenses within budget.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
- Ensure lost and found procedures are followed accurately.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
