Do you love hotels? Do you love people? Do you thrive in an environment where every day moves quickly, the energy is high, and your leadership actually matters?
If so, we may have a seat at the table for you.
Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek is looking for a Front Office Manager who is ready to do more than manage a desk. We are looking for a culture builder, team developer, guest experience champion, and operational tactician who wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding hotel company.
We are a vibrant, high-energy hotel located in the heart of Brier Creek, serving a unique mix of corporate travelers, airline crews, business guests, leisure travelers, and groups. Our guests are constantly moving, our operation is constantly evolving, and our Front Office team sits right in the middle of it all.
This is not a position for someone who wants to simply maintain the status quo.
We are looking for someone who wants to make things better.
Why Narsi Hotels?
We are growing and growing quickly.
With additional hotels in our future, we are intentionally building our leadership bench today for the opportunities of tomorrow. The right person in this role will have the opportunity to grow their career, take on greater responsibility, develop into higher-level leadership, and potentially grow with us into future openings.
We believe in promoting great people, and we want to know who our next leaders are before the next opportunity arrives.
That means this position is about more than what you can accomplish at Aloft RDU. It is about what you can become within Narsi Hotels.
What You'll Own
As our Front Office Manager, you will help lead the heartbeat of the hotel.
You will be responsible for creating an environment where our team knows what great looks like, understands our expectations, and has the tools and coaching necessary to deliver it.
You will:
- Lead, coach, develop, and inspire our Front Office team.
- Create memorable and genuinely welcoming guest experiences.
- Drive operational consistency, accountability, and execution.
- Ensure Front Office standards and procedures are followed while continuously looking for ways to improve them.
- Work closely with hotel leadership to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve the overall operation.
- Build a team culture centered around trust, authenticity, family, and accountability.
- Develop future leaders within the Front Office team.
- Monitor guest feedback and use it as a tool to coach, recognize, and improve.
- Help create an environment where associates are proud of where they work and who they work alongside.
- Step into the operation when needed and lead from the front.
- Help us continually raise the bar for the experience our guests have when they walk through our doors.
We Are Looking for a Tactician
The best Front Office Managers understand that hospitality is both an art and an operation.
You can make a guest feel genuinely welcomed while simultaneously knowing what is happening across the operation.
You notice the details.
You anticipate problems before they become problems.
You know when to coach, when to recognize, when to jump in, and when to empower your team.
You don't wait for someone else to solve the problem.
You see it. You own it. You fix it. You teach from it.
We are looking for someone who can balance the human side of hospitality with the operational side of running a busy hotel.
You Might Be the Person We're Looking For If...
- You have previous hotel Front Office leadership experience.
- You genuinely enjoy developing people.
- You hold yourself and your team accountable while still leading with empathy.
- You are energized by a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- You are comfortable making decisions and taking ownership.
- You have strong operational instincts and attention to detail.
- You understand that guest service and operational execution go hand in hand.
- You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the operation.
- You want a career — not just another job.
- You are excited by the idea of growing with a company rather than waiting for someone else to create your next opportunity.
- And Most Importantly...You want to love what you do — and who you do it with.
We believe work should be more than clocking in and clocking out.
Our hotels are built around people. We want our associates to feel supported, challenged, recognized, and proud of the teams they are part of.
At Aloft RDU, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our guests, our associates, and our operation while working alongside a leadership team that is committed to developing people.
And because we are growing, your next opportunity may not even exist yet.
That's the exciting part.
We're building the bench now.
