Compensation, Benefits, and Schedule
You will receive:
- Competitive salary up to $80,000 per year, based on experience.
- One-on-one patient care.
- Monday through Thursday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist at New Smyrna Wellness, you will:
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Identify movement limitations, functional deficits, and patient-specific goals.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on objective findings.
- Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and skilled Physical Therapy interventions.
- Progress patients safely and effectively throughout their plans of care.
- Monitor measurable outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Educate patients about their condition, recovery process, movement, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Help patients restore strength, mobility, balance, function, and independence.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Create a positive patient experience from the initial evaluation through discharge.
Patient Population
You will provide Physical Therapy for patients with:
- Orthopedic conditions.
- Post-operative rehabilitation needs.
- Joint replacement recovery needs.
- Geriatric rehabilitation needs.
- Balance and mobility deficits.
- Functional movement limitations.
- Strength and conditioning goals.
- Long-term wellness goals.
- Reduced confidence or independence following an injury, surgery, or illness.
What We Are Looking For
The right Physical Therapist will be:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered Physical Therapy.
