We’re looking for a professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing, high-performing independent repair shop. This is not an “order taker” position. We want someone who can lead the customer experience, communicate with confidence, and help drive the future growth of our company.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create an outstanding first impression
- Build trust through clear communication and honest recommendations
- Manage repair orders from check-in to delivery
- Communicate vehicle needs confidently and professionally
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Help maintain a smooth, efficient, drama-free front counter
- Contribute ideas and help improve systems and processes
- Build long-term customer relationships — not transactional sales

Experience:
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Experience with all makes and models is a plus
