BCBA Opportunities
Talent Network | Future Opportunities
Moving Mountains Bx | Las Vegas, NV
At Moving Mountains Bx, we believe there is more than one way to be an exceptional BCBA.
As our clinic continues to grow, we are actively building relationships with BCBAs who may be interested in joining our team now or in the future. Our Talent Network allows us to connect with exceptional clinicians before the right opportunity becomes available.
Please note that submitting your information to our Talent Network does not necessarily mean that a position is currently available at the time of your inquiry. Our staffing needs evolve as our clinic grows, new clients begin services, and new clinical opportunities develop.
Even when we do not have an immediate opening, we strongly encourage interested BCBAs to connect with us. We'd much rather get to know great clinicians ahead of time and stay connected for future opportunities than wait until we have an opening to begin building those relationships.
BCBA Career Pathways
We recognize that every BCBA has unique strengths, professional goals, and preferred work styles. Within our Supervising BCBA role, we strive to provide flexibility in how clinicians structure their work while maintaining consistent expectations for high-quality clinical care.
Depending on clinic needs and individual professional goals, opportunities may include pathways that emphasize clinical productivity, dedicated administrative time, mentorship, and leadership growth.
Our goal is to provide BCBAs with opportunities to build a sustainable career that aligns with their strengths while continuing to support the needs of our clients, team, and clinic.
