As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Corporate Trainer who is passionate about teaching, coaching, and helping employees succeed. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that ensure consistent operations, strong customer service, and successful onboarding across all Storage Corner locations.
Position Overview
The Corporate Trainer will lead employee training and development initiatives throughout the company. This individual will work closely with Operations, Regional Managers, Site Managers, and Call Center staff to create, improve, and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to groups, and passionate about helping others grow professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, videos, and online learning content
- Create role-specific training paths for Site Managers, Assistant Managers, Call Center Agents, and Maintenance Staff
- Evaluate employee performance during training periods and provide coaching
Operational Excellence
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently taught and followed
- Train employees on self-storage software, CRM systems, phone systems, and operational processes
- Assist with implementation of new technologies, software platforms, and operational initiatives
- Conduct site visits to reinforce training and identify opportunities for improvement
Quality Assurance
- Perform operational audits and training assessments
- Track employee progress and training completion
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions
- Monitor customer service performance and recommend coaching opportunities
Leadership Development
- Assist in developing future Site Managers and Regional Managers
- Facilitate leadership workshops and professional development programs
- Support succession planning initiatives
Qualifications Required
- 3+ years of training, coaching, teaching, management, or employee development experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to travel regularly between company locations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience in self-storage, property management, retail management, hospitality, or customer service industries
- Experience creating training materials and instructional content
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
