RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting Client's with a smile and directing them to the correct team member
- Answering Phone calls and directing to the correct team member
- Preparing and obtaining documents for clients to take delivery
- Inspect vehicle's for cleanliness before client arrives.
- Completing / assisting the sales team with Customer Relationship tasks that need to be completed to stay in contact with clients
- Assist with reviewing and reporting to Sales Manager.
- Fill Vehicle Deliveries with fuel and coordinate the vehicle being cleaned properly
- Drive vehicle's as needed for Dealer Trades, Vehicle Acquisitions, or Vehicle Deliveries
- Educate, review, and demonstrate with Clients at time of purchase the features their new vehicle is equipped with to them has.
- Complete follow up calls for clients within 24 hours of delivery.
- Assist with all opportunities to provide an exceptional experience for clients
