Join our winning dealership team! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service BDC Call Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help deliver an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding maintenance and service needs
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic Computer Skills a must
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
